Release Event Procedures. If DCH desires to obtain the Source Code Escrow Package from the Escrow Agent upon the occurrence of a Release Event, then:
(i) DCH shall comply with the procedures set forth in the Escrow Agreement to document the occurrence of the Release Event;
(ii) DCH shall maintain all materials and information comprising the Source Code Escrow Package in strict confidence in accordance with Section 12 of this Agreement and shall use and/or disclose such materials and information only in accordance with this Agreement;
(iii) If the release is a temporary one, then DCH shall promptly return all released materials to Contractor when the circumstances leading to the release are no longer in effect; and
(iv) DCH shall promptly respond, fully and completely, to any and all requests for information from Contractor concerning DCH's use or contemplated use of the Source Code Escrow Package and the names, employment histories, and affiliations of the individual(s) having access to the Source Code Escrow Package.
Release Event Procedures. If City desires to obtain the Source Code Escrow Package from Escrow Agent:
a. City shall comply with the procedures set forth in the Escrow Agreement to document the occurrence of the Release Event;
b. City shall maintain all materials and information comprising the Source Code Escrow Package in confidence in accordance with the Contract section titled Vendor’s Proprietary Information;
c. If release is temporary, City shall promptly return all released materials to Vendor when the circumstances leading to the release are no longer in effect; and
d. City shall promptly, fully, and completely respond to any and all requests for information from Vendor concerning City’s use or contemplated use of the Source Code Escrow Package.
Release Event Procedures. If Licensee desires to obtain any Source Code Escrow Package from the Escrow Agent upon the occurrence of one or more of the Escrow Release Events, then Licensee shall comply with the procedures set forth in the Escrow Agreement to document the occurrence of the one or more of the Escrow Release Events.

Except as provided in Section 4(b) to the contrary, if Aon desires to obtain any Source Code Escrow Package from the Escrow Agent upon the occurrence of an Escrow Release Event, then Aon will comply with the procedures set forth in the Escrow Agreement to document the occurrence of the Escrow Release Event.

1) WSP shall comply with the procedures set forth in the Escrow Agreement to document the occurrence of the Release Event;
2) WSP shall maintain all materials and information comprising the Source Code Escrow Package in confidence in accordance with the Contract section titled Vendor’s Proprietary information;
3) If the release is temporary, WSP shall promptly return all released materials to Vendor when the circumstances leading to the release are no longer in effect; and
4) WSP shall promptly, fully, and completely respond to any and all requests for information from Vendor concerning WSP’s use or contemplated use of the Source Code Escrow Package.
Release Event Procedures. If CIS assumes title and all rights to the Source Code Escrow Package:
a) CIS shall maintain all materials and information comprising the Source Code Escrow Package in confidence in accordance with the Contract section titled Vendor’s Proprietary Information;
b) If the release is temporary, Purchaser shall promptly return all released materials to Vendor when the circumstances leading to the release are no longer in effect; and
c) Purchaser shall promptly, fully, and completely respond to any and all requests for information from Vendor concerning CIS use or contemplated use of the Source Code Escrow Package.
Release Event Procedures. If CIS desires to obtain the Source Code Escrow Package from Escrow Agent:
a) CIS shall comply with the procedures set forth in the Escrow Agreement to document the occurrence of the Release Event;
b) CIS shall maintain all materials and information comprising the Source Code Escrow Package in confidence in accordance with the Contract section titled Vendor’s Proprietary Information;
c) If the release is temporary, CIS shall promptly return all released materials to Vendor when the circumstances leading to the release are no longer in effect; and
d) CIS shall promptly, fully, and completely respond to any and all requests for information from Vendor concerning CIS’s use or contemplated use of the Source Code Escrow Package.
