Administrative Services Coordinators Sample Clauses

Administrative Services Coordinators. Contractor shall appoint an overall account manager (the "Contractor“Contractor Administrative Services Coordinator") Coordinator”); BOR shall appoint a representative for matters related to Contractor's Contractor’s provision of Administrative Services in connection with the BOR Plans (the "BOR“BOR Administrative Services Coordinator") Coordinator”); and DCH shall appoint a representative for matters related to Contractor's Contractor’s provision of Administrative Services in connection with all Plans other than the BOR Plans (the "DCH“DCH Administrative Services Coordinator") Coordinator”) (collectively, the “Administrative Services Coordinators") Coordinators”). The following individuals are appointed to such positions: Contractor: BOR: ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Associate Vice Chancellor of Human Resources Board of Regents of the University System of Georgia ‌ DCH: ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Director of Contracts Administration Georgia Department of Community Health ▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇.▇. ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ Either Party or BOR may replace their respective Administrative Services Coordinator by notice to the others; provided, however, that DCH must consent to any such change proposed by Contractor, in DCH’s sole and absolute discretion.
