Relationship to Other Staff. The Minister, in collaboration with congregational leaders, has primary responsibility for overseeing the implementation of the vision and mission of the Congregation. • The Minister, as staff lead, will xxxxxx a collaborative environment among staff. • The Minister will take care that staff roles and relationships are reviewed, discussed, and re- negotiated with clarity, respect, and honesty. • The Minister will enter into a covenant with the other professionals [see box below] on staff to delineate the roles and responsibilities of each as well as the means to resolve any disagreements. • If there are other ministers serving the Congregation, the Interim Minister will serve as lead of the ministerial team.
