RELATIONS WITH OTHER INTERNATIONAL ORGANIZATIONS. The Fund shall cooperate within the terms of this Agreement with any general international organization and with public international organizations having specialized responsibilities in related fields. Any arrangements for such cooperation which would involve a modification of any provision of this Agreement may be effected only after amendment to this Agreement under Article XVII.

  • Relations with Governments The COMPANY has not made, offered or agreed to offer anything of value to any governmental official, political party or candidate for government office nor has it otherwise taken any action which would cause the COMPANY to be in violation of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act of 1977, as amended, or any law of similar effect.

  • TRANSACTIONS WITH OTHER INVESTMENT ADVISERS The Advisor is not an affiliated person of any investment adviser responsible for providing advice with respect to any other series of the Trust, or of any promoter, underwriter, officer, director, member of an advisory board or employee of any other series of the Trust.   • Professional Organizations During the Term, Executive shall be reimbursed by the Company for the annual dues payable for membership in professional societies associated with subject matter related to the Company's interests. New memberships for which reimbursement will be sought shall be approved by the Company in advance.

  • PROHIBITION ON CONTRACTS WITH COMPANIES BOYCOTTING ISRAEL CERTIFICATION As required by Chapter 2271 of the Texas Local Government Code the Contractor must verify that it 1) does not boycott Israel; and 2) will not boycott Israel during the term of the Contract. Pursuant to Section 2271.001, Texas Government Code:

  • Prohibition on Contracts with Companies Boycotting Israel To the extent that Texas Government Code, Chapter 2271 applies to this Agreement, PROVIDER certifies that (a) it does not currently boycott Israel; and (b) it will not boycott Israel during the term of this Agreement. PROVIDER acknowledges this Agreement may be terminated and payment withheld if this certification is inaccurate.

  • Transactions with Interested Persons Neither Seller nor any principal, officer, supervisory employee or director of Seller or any of their respective spouses or family members owns directly or indirectly, on an individual or joint basis, any material interest in, or serves as an officer or director or in another similar capacity of, any competitor or supplier of Seller, or any organization which has a material contract or arrangement with Seller.
