RELATION WITH OTHER CHAPTERS OF THE AGREEMENT. 1. Except for this Annex, Chapters 1 (Initial Provisions and Definitions), 13 (Transparency), 14 (Administrative and Institutional Provisions), 15 (Dispute Settlement), 16 (Exceptions), and 17 (Final Provisions), no provision of this Agreement shall impose any obligation on a Party regarding its immigration measures within the scope of this Annex.
