Common use of Relation to Other Obligations Clause in Contracts

Relation to Other Obligations. The obligations specified in this Section establish only the Design-Builder’s specific obligation to correct the Design-Build Work and shall not be construed to establish any limitation with respect to any other obligations or liabilities of the Design-Builder under this Design-Build Agreement. This Section is intended to supplement (and not to limit) the Design-Builder’s obligations under the Acceptance Standards and Requirements and any other provisions of this Design-Build Agreement or Applicable Law.
