Traffic Plan. SMC shall develop, implement, and fund a comprehensive traffic reduction plan (hereinafter Stillwater Traffic Plan) for the duration of Mining Operations.
Traffic Plan. During the course of the Design/Build Work, the Company shall provide, operate, and maintain equipment, services and personnel for traffic control and protective device, as required to expedite safe vehicular and pedestrian traffic flow in accordance with Section 01570 of the Design Standards Manual.

Although the Town anticipates and encourages the use of the communal digester by area farms as provided in the Traffic Plan and recognizes that the number of truck trips may fluctuate, the Traffic Plan may not be amended without the prior review and approval of the Town which approval will not be unreasonably withheld.
Traffic Plan. A proposed vehicular and pedestrian traffic management plan for one or more Stadium Events, Special Stadium Events and Plaza Events (each a “Traffic Plan”) shall be prepared by the Party conducting the Stadium Events, Metro Plaza Events or Plaza Events (or by any other Plaza User who is conducting a Plaza Event) and shall be provided to the CCC at least thirty (30) days prior to the proposed Stadium Events, Special Stadium Events or Plaza Events. For avoidance of doubt, a single plan applicable to multiple Stadium Events, Special Stadium Events and Plaza Events may be submitted and, if necessary, updated, at least thirty (30) days prior to the applicable event, to take into account special facts and considerations related to such event. Within ten (10) days of receiving a Traffic Plan or an update thereto, the CCC shall advise the Party conducting the Stadium Events, Special Stadium Events or Plaza Events (or any other Plaza User who is conducting a Plaza Event) of any reasonable objections to the Traffic Plan, or an update thereto, raised by any member of the CCC. If no member of the CCC raises a timely objection, the Traffic Plan, or an update thereto, shall be deemed approved. If the CCC raises a timely objection, the Party conducting the Stadium Events, Special Stadium Events or Plaza Events (or any other Plaza User who is conducting a Plaza Event) will work with the CCC in good faith to resolve any objection to the Traffic Plan, or an update thereto, raised by the CCC.‌
Traffic Plan. The City hereby certifies, represents and warrants that it has reviewed District’s existing traffic management plan, that such traffic management plan is acceptable to the City with mutually acceptable revisions that do not increase District’s construction budget, and that no additional traffic studies are required to be provided by CCISD for the purposes of construction of a stadium on the CCISD Site.

HMRDC shall submit the QTP one month in advance and MTP at least 10 days prior to the commencement of the period to which such QTP and MTP pertains. 5.1.3 HMRDC shall advise any changes in the QTP and MTP based on immediate requirements of freight movement by rail to COM/SWR and DRM/Mysore giving a notice of 10 days. 5.1.4 Both Parties shall make all efforts to achieve the plans as per their respective responsibilities.

The Employer agrees to provide to the Union the statistical and program evaluation information provided to management concerning Employee Assistance Program(s). Section 2. No information gathered by an Employee Assistance Program may be used to discipline an employee. Section 3.   • Traffic Control The Surveyor shall control traffic in and near surveying operations adequately to comply with provisions of the latest edition of the Texas Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices – Part VI which can be found on the State’s internet site. In the event field crew personnel must divert traffic or close traveled lanes, a Traffic Control Plan based upon principles outlined in the latest edition of the Texas Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices – Part VI shall be prepared by the Surveyor and approved by the State prior to commencement of field work. A copy of the approved plan shall be in the possession of field crew personnel on the job site at all times and shall be made available to the State’s personnel for inspection upon request.

  • Dependent Care Assistance Program The County offers the option of enrolling in a Dependent Care Assistance Program (DCAP) designed to qualify for tax savings under Section 129 of the Internal Revenue Code, but such savings are not guaranteed. The program allows employees to set aside up to five thousand dollars ($5,000) of annual salary (before taxes) per calendar year to pay for eligible dependent care (child and elder care) expenses. Any unused balance is forfeited and cannot be recovered by the employee.

  • Human Trafficking BY ACCEPTANCE OF CONTRACT, CONTRACTOR ACKNOWLEDGES THAT FORT BEND COUNTY IS OPPOSED TO HUMAN TRAFFICKING AND THAT NO COUNTY FUNDS WILL BE USED IN SUPPORT OF SERVICES OR ACTIVITIES THAT VIOLATE HUMAN TRAFFICKING LAWS.

  • Trunk Group Architecture and Traffic Routing 5.2.1 The Parties shall jointly establish Access Toll Connecting Trunks between CLEC and CBT by which they will jointly provide Tandem-transported Switched Exchange Access Services to Interexchange Carriers to enable such Interexchange Carriers to originate and terminate traffic from and to CLEC's Customers. 5.2.2 Access Toll Connecting Trunks shall be used solely for the transmission and routing of Exchange Access and non-translated Toll Free traffic (e.g., 800/888) to allow CLEC’s Customers to connect to or be connected to the interexchange trunks of any Interexchange Carrier that is connected to the CBT access Tandem. 5.2.3 The Access Toll Connecting Trunks shall be one-way or two-way trunks, as mutually agreed, connecting an End Office Switch that CLEC utilizes to provide Telephone Exchange Service and Switched Exchange Access Service in the given LATA to an access Tandem Switch CBT utilizes to provide Exchange Access in the LATA.
