RELATION TO COLLECTIVE BARGAINING AGREEMENT. In the event a decision is reached by the Labor/Management Committee to recommend adjustment of any provision contained in this Agreement, said recommendation shall not become effective until approved by both the Union and the Employer in writing. Any changes to this Agreement which are approved by both the Union and the Employer shall be reduced to writing and attached as a side letter to this Agreement.
