Related Maintenance. The Contractor shall, if requested: (i) maintain locks, panic hardware, mechanical ciphers, and real property installed vaults; (ii) install lock cores for all newly constructed or renovated Facilities; (iii) provide vault combination change training to Court staff with combination vaults; and (iv) re-key locks and systems when the Regional Manager deems it necessary to ensure security.
