Common use of Reimbursement Schedule Clause in Contracts

Reimbursement Schedule. The State will reimburse the Grantee $25 for each annual inspection of licensed campgrounds conducted by the Grantee’s staff or designated representative during the year ending September 30, 2021. The State will send an invoice to collect the state temporary campground license fees, less the $25 portion of the fee, intended for the Grantee for the temporary campground licenses issued by the Grantee’s staff or designated representative during the year ending September 30, 2020.

The State will reimburse the Grantee on a lump sum basis at $25 for each annual inspection of annually licensed campgrounds conducted campground inspected during the year ending September 30, 2016, by the Grantee’s staff or designated representative representative. Based on the list of temporary campground license applications received from the State for the Grantee’s jurisdiction during the year ending September 30, 2021. The 2016, the State will send an invoice to collect for the state temporary campground license feesappropriate lump sum charge in accordance with Act 368, less the $25 portion of the fee, fee intended for the Grantee for the temporary campground licenses issued by the Grantee’s staff or designated representative during the year ending September 30, 2020.
