Common use of Reimbursement of Attorneys’ Fees Clause in Contracts

Reimbursement of Attorneys’ Fees. The Company will reimburse Executive for his reasonable attorneys’ fees incurred in connection with this Agreement of amount of Ten Thousand and 00/100 Dollars ($10,000). Such amount will be paid within thirty (30) days of Executive’ submission of acceptable documentation of such fees, but in no event later than August 31, 2020. Executive shall be solely responsible for all taxes, if any, associated with this reimbursement.

Reimbursement of Attorneys’ Fees. Such amount will be paid within thirty (3010) business days after Executive submits a copy of the invoice for fees from his legal counsel supporting Executive’ submission of acceptable documentation of such fees, but in no event later than August 31, 2020. Executive shall be solely responsible ’s request for all taxes, if any, associated with this reimbursement.
