Common use of Reimbursement for Expenses Clause in Contracts

Reimbursement for Expenses. The Corporation shall reimburse Executive for all reasonable business expenses incurred by him on behalf of the Corporation in the performance of his duties hereunder, provided Executive shall account therefore in accordance with the Corporation's business expense policies and procedures.
