Reimbursement for BCI FBI Checks. Beginning with the effective date of this master agreement, the Board of Education will reimburse current bargaining unit members for 100% of any costs incurred related to state and federal background checks required by the Ohio Revised Code. Such reimbursement shall be made within thirty (30) calendar days of the Board’s receipt of evidence that the employee has paid for the background checks, as it pertains to teaching licenses, once every five (5) years.
