Regular Part-Time Position Clause Samples

Regular Part-Time Position is a position of an on-going nature that requires employment on a part-time basis of less than forty (40) hours per week for Schedule ’A’ or thirty-five (35) hours per week for Schedule ‘B” or other such number of weekly hours as is recognized in this Agreement as normal for a particular class of part-time positions.
Regular Part-Time Position. A regular position that is anticipated to require at least forty (40) but not more than one hundred twenty (120) hours per month on a continuous basis.
Regular Part-Time Position. A position in the classified service in which an employee is paid on an hourly basis for working a continuing, year-round work week of fewer hours than the established work week, but one-half (½) or more of a regular full-time work week, in the department in which they are employed. Employees working less than half-time (0.5 FTE) shall be considered extra-help as described in Salary Resolution Section 2 C (4).
Regular Part-Time Position. A Head Senior Lifeguard, and Slide Attendant shall be entitled to fifteen (15%) percent premium on every pay cheque in lieu of benefits. Such benefits include: vacation pay, statutory holidays pay, sick leave, bereavement, group life, disability, medical, extended health and dental coverage. Regular Part-Time Position. Any position which will require the services of an incumbent for an indefinite period but on a regularly scheduled less than full time basis.
