Common use of Regular Employee Clause in Contracts

Regular Employee. (1) A regular employee required to work New Years Day, Easter Monday, Victoria Day, Canada Day, B.C. Day, Thanksgiving Day, Remembrance Day, and Boxing Day shall be paid at the rate of two (2) times for the first 7.5 hours work in the day, provided that Articles 27.05, 29.04, and 39.04 are not applicable, and shall receive another day off with pay as a paid holiday. The rate of two (2) times shall be paid for a shift when one- half (1⁄2) or more than one-half (1⁄2) of the hours worked fall within 0001 hours and 2400 hours on the named day. In such cases the rate of two (2) times shall be paid for the total hours worked.

Regular Employee. (1a) A regular employee required to work New Years Year’s Day, Easter Monday, Victoria Day, Canada Day, B.C. Day, Thanksgiving Day, Remembrance Day, and Boxing Day Day, BC Family Day, Christmas Day, Labour Day, or Good Friday shall be paid at the rate of two one and a half (21.5) times for the first 7.5 all hours work worked in the day, provided that Articles 27.05, 29.04, and 39.04 are not applicable, and shall receive another day off with pay as a paid holiday. The rate of two one and a half (21.5) times shall be paid for a shift when one- one-half (1⁄2) or more than one-half (1⁄2) of the hours worked fall within 0001 hours and 2400 hours on the named day. In such cases the rate of two one and a half (21.5) times shall be paid for the total hours worked.

The rate of two one and one-half (21.5) times shall be paid for a shift when one- one-half (1⁄2½) or more than one-half (1⁄2½) of the hours worked fall within 0001 hours and 2400 hours on the named day. In such cases the rate of two (2) 1.5 times shall be paid for the total hours worked.

The rate of two one and one-half (21.5) times shall be paid for a shift when one- one-half (1⁄2½) or more than one-half (1⁄2½) of the hours worked fall within 0001 hours and 2400 hours on the named day. In such cases the rate of two (2) 1.5 times shall be paid for the total hours worked.

Day, Thanksgiving Day, Remembrance Day, and Boxing Day shall be paid at the rate of two one and one-half (21½) times for the first 7.5 hours work in the day, provided that Articles 27.0525.05, 29.0427.04, and 39.04 37.04 are not applicable, and shall receive another day off with pay as a paid holiday. The rate of two one and one-half (21½) times shall be paid for a shift when one- one-half (1⁄2½) or more than one-half (1⁄2½) of the hours worked fall within 0001 hours and 2400 hours on the named day. In such cases the rate of two one and one-half (21½) times shall be paid for the total hours worked.

The rate of two one and a half (21.5) times shall be paid for a shift when one- one-half (1⁄2) or more than one-half (1⁄2) of the hours worked fall within 0001 hours and 2400 hours on the named day. In such cases the rate of two one and a half (21.5) times shall be paid for the total hours worked.

Day, Labour Day, Thanksgiving Day, Remembrance Day, Christmas Day and Boxing Day shall be paid at the rate of two time and one-half (21.5) times for the first 7.5 hours work in worked on the day, provided that Articles 27.05, 29.04, and 39.04 are not applicable, and shall receive another day off with pay as a paid holiday. The rate of two time and one-half (21.5) times shall be paid for a shift when one- one-half (1⁄21/2) or more than one-half (1⁄21/2) of the hours worked fall within between 0001 hours and 2400 hours on the named day. In such cases the rate of two (2) times shall be paid for the total hours worked.

The rate of two (2) times shall be paid for a shift when one- one-half (1⁄2) or more than one-half (1⁄2) of the hours worked fall within 0001 hours and 2400 hours on the named day. In such cases the rate of two (2) times shall be paid for the total hours worked.
