Regular Contract. A regular contract shall mean a full-time assignment or a portion of a full-time assignment. A full-time regular employee shall receive full rights and benefits under this Agreement. A regular employee working a portion of a full-time assignment shall have a proration of benefits and full rights under this Contract.
