Common use of Regular Compensation Clause in Contracts

Regular Compensation. 3.01 Interpublic will compensate Executive for the duties performed by him hereunder, by payment of a base salary at the rate of Four Hundred Eighty-Three Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($483,500) per annum, payable in equal installments, which Interpublic shall pay at semi-monthly intervals, subject to customary withholding for federal, state and local taxes.

Regular Compensation. 3.01 Interpublic will compensate Executive for the duties performed by him hereunder, by payment of a base salary at the rate of Four Hundred Eighty-Three Thousand Five Hundred One Million Dollars ($483,5001,000,000) per annum, payable in equal installments, which Interpublic shall pay at semi-monthly intervals, subject to customary withholding for federal, state and local taxes.

Regular Compensation. 3.01 Interpublic will compensate Executive for the duties performed by him hereunder, by payment of a base salary at the rate of Four Hundred Eighty-Three Thousand Five Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ($483,500550,000) per annum, of which Five Hundred Thousand Dollars ($500,000) shall be payable in equal installments, which Interpublic shall pay at semi-monthly intervals, subject to customary withholding for federal, state and local taxestaxes and Fifty Thousand Dollars ($50,000) shall be paid pursuant to an Executive Special Benefit Agreement (“ESBA”) made as of February 1, 2002 between the Corporation and the Executive.

Regular Compensation. 3.01 Interpublic will compensate Executive for the duties performed by him hereunder, by (in addition to the other amounts and benefits due or provided herein) payment of a base salary at the rate of Four Hundred Eighty-Three Fifty Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($483,500450,000) per annum, payable in equal installments, which Interpublic shall pay at semi-monthly intervals, subject to customary withholding for federal, state and local taxes.

Regular Compensation. 3.01 Interpublic will compensate Executive for the duties performed by him hereunder, by payment of a base salary at the rate of Four Seven Hundred Eighty-Three Fifty Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($483,500750,000) per annum, payable in equal installments, which Interpublic shall pay at semi-monthly intervals, subject to customary required withholding for federal, state and local taxes.

Regular Compensation. 3.01 Interpublic will compensate Executive for the duties performed by him her hereunder, by payment of a base salary at the rate of Four Three Hundred Eighty-Three Fifteen Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($483,500315,000) per annum, payable in equal installments, which Interpublic shall pay at semi-monthly intervals, subject to customary withholding for federal, state and local taxes.
