As soon as practicable after the Municipality’s recommendation of the approval of the Phase 3 Plan, but not later than thirty (30) days after the final approval of the Phase 3 Plan by the County, the Subdivider shall cause the Phase 3 Plan to be registered in the Land Titles Office for the Land Titles Division of Middlesex (No. 33).

REGISTRATION OF PLAN. When the proposed Plan of Subdivision has been approved and signed by the County of Wellington and returned for registration, the Township’s Solicitor is authorized and directed by the Owner to register the proposed Plan of Subdivision at the expense of the Owner.
