Registrar Customer Support. Registrar shall provide: (a) reasonable and professional customer support to prospective registrants and Registered Name Holders regarding the acceptance of orders for registration, cancellation, modification, renewal, deletion or transfer of Registered Names; and (b) reasonable and professional customer support (including domain name record support and easy access to and disclosure of transfer codes) and billing and technical support to Registered Name Holders. Registrar shall make available its emergency contact information to Registered Name Holders for the resolution of critical situations such as domain name hijacking.
