Refusal to Pay. a. After 120 days from the due date of the missed payment, the member district’s school board will be notified, and the following additional procedures will apply: Retention of audit refund monies, personnel reimbursement monies, Medicaid monies or other funds, except IDEA funds, from the district will continue as an offset against their outstanding debt.
