Referral, Rehabilitation and Monitoring. 1) The hospital will utilize the Committee for Physician Health (CPH) of MSSNY as the primary mechanism for dealing with impaired physicians. The impaired physician may select another program provided that it is acceptable to the hospital. The impaired physician will be offered the opportunity to self refer to the appropriate program.
