Common use of Referral of Grievance to Arbitration Clause in Contracts

Referral of Grievance to Arbitration. Within ten (10) working days of receipt of the Step 3 reply, the grieving party shall give notice, in writing, of its intention to refer the grievance to arbitration. Such notice shall also specify the name of the party's nominee to the Arbitration Board.
