Common use of Reference Bank quotations Clause in Contracts

Reference Bank quotations. If any Reference Bank is unable or otherwise fails to furnish a quotation for the purpose of calculating LIBOR, EURIBOR or XXXXXX (as appropriate) where such quotation is required having regard to the definitions of "LIBOR", "EURIBOR" and "XXXXXX" in clause 1.2, the interest rate for the relevant Term or other period shall be determined, subject to clause 6.6, on the basis of the quotations furnished by the remaining Reference Bank or Reference Banks.

Reference Bank quotations. If any Reference Bank is unable or otherwise fails to furnish a quotation for the purpose of calculating LIBOR, EURIBOR or XXXXXX LIBOR (as appropriate) where such a quotation is required having regard to the definitions definition of "LIBOR", "EURIBOR" and "XXXXXX" in clause 1.2, ) the interest rate for the relevant Revolving Credit Term or other period shall be determined, subject to clause 6.65.8, on the basis of the quotations furnished by the remaining Reference Bank or Reference Banks.
