Reduction of Repayment Instalments. If the aggregate amount advanced to the Borrower is less than the Maximum Loan Amount, the amount of each Repayment Instalment shall be reduced pro rata to the amount actually advanced.
Reduction of Repayment Instalments. If the aggregate amount advanced to the Borrower is less than sixteen million eight hundred thousand Dollars ($16,800,000), the amount of each Repayment Instalment shall be reduced pro rata to the amount actually advanced.
