Repayment Instalments has the meaning given to it in Clause 6.1 (Repayment of Loans).

More Definitions of Repayment Instalments

Repayment Instalments means the FSRU Tranche Repayment Instalments, the Mooring Tranche Instalment, the K-sure Facility Repayment Instalments and Repayment Instalment shall mean any such instalment. Repayment Schedule means, as the case may be, the K-sure Facility Repayment Schedule or the FSRU Tranche Repayment Schedule. Repeating Representations means each of the representations and warranties set out in clauses 19.1 (Status) to 19.10 (Ranking and effectiveness of security) (other than clause 19.8(c)).

Repayment Instalments means, in respect of the Facility, collectively the Repayment Instalments referred to in Clause 11.01 and in the singular means any one of them;

Repayment Instalments means the instalments for repayment of the Loan and payment of interest thereon specified in clause 5.1 hereof and "Repayment Instalment" means any one of them;

Repayment Instalments means the thirty (30) consecutive semi-annual instalments described in this Clause 6.1 and in the singular shall mean any of them.
