Redeployment. (i) Following any reconfirmations, if there are suitable vacant positions available, then the employer will notify any affected staff of the existence of the position/s. Following any clarification of issues raised by the employee and the subsequent receipt of a written application from the employee, the employer will consider appointment of an affected staff member based on their suitability for the position.
