Common use of Redecoration Clause in Contracts

Redecoration. The Tenant shall redecorate the inside of the Premises every five years and also in the last six months of the Term. All redecoration is to be carried out in colours and materials approved by the Landlord (except for internal redecoration carried out before the last six months of the Term) such approval not to be unreasonably withheld or delayed and to the reasonable satisfaction of the Landlord.
