Common use of Recycling Cart Clause in Contracts

Recycling Cart. A heavy plastic receptacle having a hinged tight-fitting lid and wheels, that is approved by the City Representative for use by Service Recipients for MFD Recycling Service, SFD Recycling Service or City Facility Recycling Service and that is appropriately labeled as a Recycling Cart. The specifications for Recycling Carts, including capacity, are set forth in Exhibit 15 to this Agreement.

Recycling Cart. A heavy plastic receptacle having a hinged tight-fitting lid 6 and wheels, that is approved by the City Representative for use by Service Recipients for MFD Recycling Service, 7 SFD Recycling Service or City Facility Recycling Service and that is appropriately labeled as a Recycling Cart. The 8 specifications for Recycling Carts, including capacity, are set forth in Exhibit 15 5 (“CART 9 SPECIFICATIONS AND PERFORMANCE CRITERIA”) to this Agreement.
