Recovery of Fees. Any party who shall obtain a final judgment in a court of competent jurisdiction for the payment of damages by another party for a breach of this Agreement or any other Transaction Document shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorneys' fees and court costs incurred in connection with the obtaining of such judgment.
