Common use of Records Transfer to Sponsor Clause in Contracts

Records Transfer to Sponsor. All permanent (Category A) records of students leaving the School, whether by graduation, transfer to Sponsor’s district schools, or withdrawal to attend another school, will be transferred to the Sponsor in accordance with applicable law. All records of student progress (Category B) will be immediately transferred to the appropriate recipient school, without exception, if a student withdraws to return to one of Sponsor’s district schools or to another school system.
