Records Maintenance and Retention. Contractor shall create, maintain, safeguard, and disposition records in accordance with 36 Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) Chapter XII, -- Subchapter B, “Records Management” and the National Archives and Records Administration (NARA)-approved Records Disposition Schedules.
