RECOGNITION OF THE UNION. The Employer recognizes the Union as the sole and exclusive collective bargaining representative of all employees in the bargaining unit who, now or hereafter, perform work under one (1) or more of the Job Classifications, as set out under Article 6 hereof, but excluding all other employees.

RECOGNITION OF THE UNION. 1.01 - The Employer recognizes agrees to recognize and hereby does recognize the Union as the sole and exclusive collective bargaining representative agent with respect to rates of pay, hours and all employees in other terms and conditions of employment for the appropriate bargaining unit who, now or hereafter, perform work under one (1) or more of the Job Classifications, herein established and described as set out under Article 6 hereof, but excluding all other employees.follows:
