The Union recognizes the Northern California Mechanical Contractors Association and the UMIC Inc.-Industrial Contractors as the collective bargaining representatives of the Individual Employers who are now or may hereafter become members of each of said Associations or who have now or may hereafter give said Association the authority to negotiate Collective Bargaining Agreements with the Union on their behalf.
