Common use of RECOGNITION FOR RELEVANT EXPERIENCE Clause in Contracts

RECOGNITION FOR RELEVANT EXPERIENCE. Newly hired Employees shall receive up to seven (7) years of experience based on their previous relevant experience. No newly hired employee will receive an hourly rate that is above current employees with the same experience. Such advance placement on the hiring scale will not be considered for the purposes of other benefits.
