WAGES ADJUSTMENTS Sample Clauses

The WAGES ADJUSTMENTS clause establishes the terms and conditions under which employee wages may be increased or decreased during the course of employment. Typically, this clause outlines the criteria for wage changes, such as cost-of-living adjustments, performance reviews, or changes in job responsibilities, and may specify the timing and process for implementing such adjustments. Its core practical function is to provide a clear and predictable framework for modifying compensation, thereby reducing disputes and ensuring both parties understand how and when wage changes can occur.
