Reclassification on Completion. An apprentice, having served his/her required time at the trade, and having passed the necessary examinations, will automatically be classified as a journeyperson, and paid rates and have conditions as enumerated in this Agreement for the journeyperson classification. Upon mutual agreement between the Company and the Union, this period may be extended for up to six additional months.
