Reclassification Committee. There shall be no limit on the number of reclassification requests. However, all reclassification requests shall be reviewed by the Reclassification Committee composed of two (2) union appointees (CSEA President/designee and a CSEA appointee) and two (2) District appointees (Associate Superintendent, Human Resources/designee and a District appointee). The Committee shall create a rubric to be used to determine whether the reclassification request will be accepted, whether it is an individual or group reclassification, and those requests meeting the agreed upon score shall be recommended for reclassification. The Committee shall meet once a year prior to February 28 each year. The employee requesting the reclassification shall present his/her facts to the Committee with any substantiating evidence.
