RECEIPT OF UTILISATION NOTICES. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, a Bank Guarantee shall be issued following receipt by the Agent from a Borrower of a duly completed Utilisation Notice not later than 10 a.m. on the third Banking Day before the proposed Utilisation Date. A Utilisation Notice in respect of a Bank Guarantee or a WC Advance made shall be effective on actual receipt by the Agent and, once given, shall, subject as provided in clause 6.6.1

RECEIPT OF UTILISATION NOTICES. The Borrower shall be entitled to utilise the Tranche A Facility for the issue of Bank Guarantees if the Agent receives, not later than five Banking Days or, if the form of the Bank Guarantee is not to be substantially in the form of schedule 9, ten Banking Days (or, in either case, such shorter period as the Agent (acting on the instructions of the Majority Banks) may agree) before the proposed Utilisation Date, a duly completed Utilisation Notice.

  • Notification to Lenders of receipt of a Drawdown Notice The Agent shall promptly notify the Lenders that it has received a Drawdown Notice and shall inform each Lender of:

  • Notice to Lenders of Acceptance or Rejection of Bids The Administrative Agent shall promptly notify each Lender having submitted a Competitive Bid whether or not its offer has been accepted and, if its offer has been accepted, of the amount of the Bid Loan or Bid Loans to be made by it on the date of the applicable Bid Borrowing. Any Competitive Bid or portion thereof that is not accepted by the Borrower by the applicable time specified in Section 2.03(e) shall be deemed rejected.

  • Borrowing Notices The Administrative Agent shall have received, in respect of any Revolving Loans to be made on the Closing Date, a completed Notice of Borrowing executed by the Borrower and otherwise complying with the requirements of Section 2.5.

  • Notice of Range of Bids After each Competitive Bid auction pursuant to this Section 2.03, the Administrative Agent shall notify each Lender that submitted a Competitive Bid in such auction of the ranges of bids submitted (without the bidder’s name) and accepted for each Bid Loan and the aggregate amount of each Bid Borrowing.
