Actual Receipt of notice shall mean actual physical receipt (or refusal of acceptance) of notice by the Executive; provided, however, that in the event the Executive has been away from the office for more than two weeks and either the Executive's whereabouts are unknown to the Corporation or the Executive is at a location where the Corporation cannot reasonably communicate with him, the Executive will be deemed to have refused delivery of notice on the day such notice is delivered (or delivery is attempted) to the Executive's last known residence.
