Maximum number of Utilisations. (a) A Borrower may not deliver a Utilisation Request if as a result of the proposed Utilisation:
Maximum number of Utilisations. A Borrower (or the Company on its behalf) may not deliver a Utilisation Request if as a result of the proposed Utilisation the aggregate number of outstanding Facility A Loans and Facility B Loans would exceed ten (10).
Maximum number of Utilisations. (a) The Borrower may deliver more than one Utilisation Request on any one day.

Maximum number of Utilisations. 4.4.1 A Borrower may not deliver a Utilisation Request if as a result of the proposed Utilisation more than twenty (20) Facility A Loans (excluding, for the avoidance of doubt, Swingline Loans and Letters of Credit) would be outstanding.
