RECEIPT OF MONEYS AFTER NOTICE OR TERMINATION. No receipt of money by Landlord from Tenant after the termination of this Lease, or after the giving of any notice of the termination of this Lease, shall reinstate, continue or extend the Term or affect any notice theretofore given to Tenant, or operate as a waiver of the right of Landlord to recover Tenant’s interest in this Lease and the Premises (which may include, but not be limited to, recovering possession of the Premises) by proper remedy. After the service of notice to terminate this Lease or the commencement of any suit or summary proceedings or after a final order or judgment for the possession of Tenant’s interest in this Lease and the Premises (which may include, but not be limited to, a judgment for possession of the Premises), Landlord may demand, receive and collect any moneys due or thereafter falling due without in any manner affecting the notice, proceeding, order, suit or judgment, all such moneys collected being deemed payments on account of the use and occupation of Tenant’s interest in this Lease and the Premises (including, without limitation, the use and occupation of the Premises) or, at the election of Landlord, on account of Tenant’s liability hereunder.

  • Survival After Termination The agreement to arbitrate will survive the termination of this Agreement.

  • Delivery of Materials upon Termination of Employment As requested by the Company from time to time and upon the termination of Executive's employment with the Company for any reason, Executive shall promptly deliver to the Company all copies and embodiments, in whatever form, of all Confidential Information and Intellectual Property in Executive's possession or within his control (including, but not limited to, written records, notes, photographs, manuals, notebooks, documentation, program listings, flow charts, magnetic media, disks, diskettes, tapes and all other materials containing any Confidential Information or Intellectual Property) irrespective of the location or form of such material and, if requested by the Company, shall provide the Company with written confirmation that all such materials have been delivered to the Company.

  • Payments After Termination No payments of money by Tenant to Landlord after the termination of this Lease, in any manner, or after giving of any notice (other than a demand for payment of money) by Landlord to Tenant, shall reinstate, continue or extend the term of this Lease or affect any notice given to Tenant prior to the payment of such money, it being agreed that after the service of notice of the commencement of a suit or other final judgment granting Landlord possession of the Premises, Landlord may receive and collect any sums of rent due, or any other sums of money due under the terms of this Lease or otherwise exercise its rights and remedies hereunder. The payment of such sums of money, whether as rent or otherwise, shall not waive said notice or in any manner affect any pending suit or judgment theretofore obtained.

  • Payment of Monies Any other monies payable under this Agreement, unless otherwise specified in this Agreement, shall be paid by wire transfer.

  • Delivery upon Termination Upon termination of Manager's employment with the Company for any reason, Manager shall promptly deliver to the Company all correspondence, files, manuals, letters, notes, notebooks, reports, programs, plans, proposals, financial documents, and any other documents or data concerning the Company's or any affiliate’s customers, database, business plan, marketing strategies, processes or other materials which contain Confidential Information, together with all other property of the Company or any affiliate in Manager's possession, custody or control.
