Recall of Department Coordinator. 16.3.5.1 An election to recall a department coordinator may be initiated during a semester/trimester upon submission to the decision xxxx of a petition for recall signed by a simple majority of the department faculty. Provided the petition is submitted not later than sixty (60) calendar days prior to the last day of the semester/trimester, within fourteen (14) calendar days of receipt of the petition, the division xxxx shall conduct an election; otherwise, the election will be conducted in the next semester/trimester. A simple majority vote of the department faculty shall be required to effect a recall.

  • Agreement Administration SBBC has delegated authority to the Superintendent of Schools or his/her designee to take any actions necessary to implement and administer this Agreement.

  • Department Chairperson The department Chairperson has the dual responsibility of leading the department in fulfilling its responsibilities in academic and personnel areas and of facilitating the functioning of the department. The department Chairperson is the normal channel of communications between the department and other departments, division/areas or like groupings, offices and the administration.
