In addition to the right to terminate this Agreement and Underlying Contract pursuant to section B, above, ETF may provide BUSINESS ASSOCIATE with an opportunity to cure the material breach. If these efforts to cure the material breach are unsuccessful, as determined by ETF in its sole discretion, ETF may terminate the Underlying Contract and this Agreement, as soon as administratively feasible.
