Reallocation to a Class with an Equal Salary Range Maximum. If an employee meets the skills and abilities requirements of the position, the employee remains in the position and retains existing appointment status. If an employee does not meet the skills and abilities requirements of the position, the layoff procedure specified in Article 35 of this Agreement applies. The Employer may consider providing an in-training appointment in accordance with Article 4.4 C.
