Re-entry into seniority. Employees who are given notice pursuant to clause 39 or who are interrupted in their work, cf. these provisions, but resume work when offered within a period of 15 months, shall be reinstated in the seniority acquired earlier in the enterprise. If the employee documents not having been employed elsewhere during the absence period within a period of up to 2 years, the above "15 months" is changed to "2 years".
