RE-DEPLOYMENT. To ensure the viability of the employer’s operations and to enhance job security an employee will perform duties as directed. The duties which an employee is directed to perform must be within that employees level of competency, knowledge and skill. If an employee is directed to perform duties which they don’t believe they are competent to perform that can refuse to perform that task until the matter is resolved through the dispute procedure. If an employee carries out duties of a lower classification level than their normal classification level, then that employee will not have their wage rate reduced as a result of performing such duties. It is further agreed that this clause will not be used to promote the ▇▇-▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ of any employee.
