RATIFICATION BY PARLIAMENT. (1) This Agreement, other than subclause (2) (which shall commence on the date this Agreement is signed by all parties), shall have no force or effect and shall not be binding on any party unless and until it is signed by all parties and ratified by the Legislative Assembly of the Northern Territory of Australia, with the assent as provided by the Northern Territory (Self Government) Xxx 0000 (Commonwealth).
