Common use of Rate Centers Clause in Contracts

Rate Centers. For purposes of compensation between the Parties and the ability of the Parties to appropriately apply their toll rates to their end-user Customers, SPRINT shall adopt the Rate Center areas and Rate Center points that the Commission has approved, and shall assign whole NPA-NXX codes to each Rate Center within which SPRINT is providing Local Exchange Service, or as otherwise allowed by NANP guidelines.
