Rate Centers Sample Clauses

Rate Centers. For purposes of compensation between the Parties and the ability of the Parties to appropriately apply their toll rates to their end-user Customers, SPRINT shall adopt the Rate Center areas and Rate Center points that the Commission has approved, and shall assign whole NPA-NXX codes to each Rate Center within which SPRINT is providing Local Exchange Service, or as otherwise allowed by NANP guidelines.

Rate Centers. For purposes of compensation between the Parties and the ability of the Parties to appropriately apply their toll rates to their end-user customers, LEVEL 3 shall adopt the Rate Center areas and Rate Center points that the Commission has approved for the ILECs and shall assign whole NPA-NXX codes to each Rate Center. Routing Points. LEVEL 3 will also designate a Routing Point for each assigned NXX code. LEVEL 3 may designate one location within each Rate Center as a Routing Point for the NPA-NXX associated with that Rate Center; alternatively LEVEL 3 may designate a single location within one Rate Center to serve as the Routing Point for all the NPA-NXXs associated with that Rate Center and with one or more other Rate Centers served by LEVEL 3 within an existing CenturyTel exchange area and LATA.
