Ranking; No Guarantees. The Notes will be senior unsecured obligations of the Company and will: (i) rank equally in right of payment with all of the Company’s other senior unsecured indebtedness from time to time outstanding and (ii) rank senior in right of payment to all of the Company’s subordinated indebtedness from time to time outstanding. The Notes will not be entitled to the benefit of any guarantees by any Person.
